Our Approach

At FL Dietitian Group, we believe nutrition care should be personalized to you. Every patient has different health needs, routines, preferences, challenges, and goals, so we take the time to understand the whole picture before making recommendations. Our goal is to provide practical, evidence-based nutrition guidance that fits into your everyday life—and give you the tools and support to make lasting changes.

Health Consultation Meeting

Getting To Know You

Your first appointment is about understanding where you are today. Your Registered Dietitian will review your relevant health history, nutrition concerns, medications and supplements, lifestyle, and goals. We'll also discuss your current eating habits, daily routine, food preferences, and any challenges you're experiencing.

Working Together

Rather than giving you a generic diet or asking you to completely change the way you eat, we work with you to identify realistic opportunities for improvement. Together, we’ll discuss strategies that fit your lifestyle, preferences, schedule, and individual health needs. We focus on practical changes that you can actually maintain—not perfection or quick fixes.

Developing a Plan

We want you to leave your appointment feeling informed and confident about what to do next. Depending on your individual needs, your dietitian may provide educational materials and resources such as food-label guides, meal-planning resources, and practical tips to help you reach your goals. Your recommendations are tailored to your individual needs.

Continued Support

Nutrition changes don't happen overnight. During follow-up visits, your dietitian will check in on your progress, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your recommendations as your needs change. We celebrate progress, learn from setbacks, and continue building on the habits that are working for you.
